An explanation of the language used in these Terms and Conditions: "The customer" refers to the person, team or company who buys an item from Sport and Corporate Awards; “Product” means any award, trophy, medal or gift agreed to be supplied by Sport and Corporate Awards to the customer; “Contract" refers to the contract between Sport and Corporate Awards and the Customer, which shall be deemed to include an adherence to these Terms and conditions; “Company” means Sport and Corporate Awards.
COST OF PRODUCTS
All of the product prices stated on the website are in Great British Pounds Sterling and include V.A.T. Prices published on the website exclude engraving and delivery charges (unless otherwise stated) and any additional fees will be specified before order completion. Sport and Corporate Awards reserve the right to change the cost of products at any time.
Online: We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards. These payments will be processed via our secure online checkout system. Immediate payment is required when buying online.
Post: For security reasons, we are unable to accept credit/debit card payments by post or by fax. Please make any cheques payable to 'Sport and Corporate Awards'. Cheques must be cleared before any products are sent out.
Telephone: We can take credit / debit card payments over the phone. When sending cheques by post, they must be cleared before the order is sent out.
Collection: We accept cash, cheque or credit/debit cards when collecting orders personally.
We endeavour to deliver all products on time and offer delivery via reliable couriers and royal mail where appropriate. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect details supplied to us from the customer. We will always aim to solve any issues that have occurred due to delivery problems in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.
Our approximate delivery estimate is within 10 days. We will try to deliver within 5 days where possible. Orders requiring engraving or personalisation may take longer. Non UK orders are charged at cost on a weight basis.
WARRANTY / DAMAGES
At Sport and Corporate Awards, we warrant that all products are of satisfactory quality. If any product is damaged during transit, we will need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. We will endeavour to ensure that the damaged item is replaced promptly. After 48 hours, Sport and Corporate Awards cannot take responsibility for damaged goods.
Sport and Corporate Awards will not be liable for engraving errors due to incorrect information and/or spellings supplied by the customer. Any replacements required in this situation will be provided at cost. On personalised items, all layouts are at the discretion of the Sport and Corporate Awards engravers unless specified by the customer. In the unlikely occurance that a mistake is made by the company, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
All sizes and capacities are approximate and are for guideline use only.
In the unlikely event that a customer would like to make a complaint regarding the service that the company provides, we do like to outline our complaints procedure as clearly as possible. Please write to us or send an email regarding any complaint or general feedback and we will acknowledge this. We will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible. All complaints sent to us are confidential.
