Delivery

At Sport and Corporate Awards, we endeavour to ensure that your items are delivered within 5 working days.  However, our delivery times are dependent on your engraving requirements and more intricate / complex engraving requests may take up to 10 days to reach you.

If you require your trophies or gifts for a specific event, please let us know and we will consult you on whether it would be possible to deliver in time for this date.

Requests regarding delivery for specific dates can be placed within the additional comments boxes on the product listings.  You are also able to email or call us with your requirements.  If you are concerned that we may not be able to deliver your items for the date required, please contact us first to check.

Couriers deliver the majority of our parcels and all items are signed for and can be tracked.

Delivery within the United Kingdom is charged at the following rates:

Orders under £5 -   £2.99 delivery charge
Orders under £20 - £5.99 delivery charge
Orders over £20 -    £7.99 delivery charge
Orders over £200 are eligible for free delivery.

Delivery to countries outside of the UK is charged at the following rates:

Orders to Europe - £30 delivery charge
Orders to the Rest of the World - £100 delivery charge

Our delivery charges for Europe and the rest of the world are set rates as each order will weigh a different amount and predictions of costs online would be impossible.

For orders outside of the UK, items will be despatched only when the order has been paid in full.
